From 9 – 12 July 2025, the Chaldean Archdiocese of Erbil led the Ankawa Youth Meeting, a transformative gathering that brought together young people for a unique journey of faith, learning, and community.
The Ankawa Humanitarian Committee (AHC) is proud to have supported this important initiative through a donation that contributed to its success. More than just an event, the Ankawa Youth Meeting was a spiritual encounter where participants deepened their relationship with God, strengthened their values, and found renewed inspiration to live their faith in daily life.
At the same time, the meeting served as a platform for youth empowerment, providing young people with opportunities to exchange ideas, build friendships, and envision their role as future leaders of Iraq. By combining spirituality with personal and social development, the program reinforced the idea that young people are called to be both witnesses of faith and active contributors to the well-being of their communities.
This contribution reflects AHC’s ongoing commitment to support initiatives led by the Chaldean Archdiocese that nurture hope, strengthen community bonds, and empower the next generation.
At AHC, we believe that today’s youth are tomorrow’s change-makers. Supporting them through events such as the Ankawa Youth Meeting ensures that they are spiritually grounded, inspired, and prepared to carry forward a vision of peace, unity, and resilience for Iraq’s future.
